We are trying to live on a more plant-based diet and I totally get the importance of cutting back on meat. I don't think we , as a family, will ever be able to do without meat, especially poultry, entirely. There are so many conflicting medical opinions on what we should or should never be eating. One says olive oil is a good, healthy fat, this says avoid it at all costs. This book was just not for me and the recipes were all unappealing, except the one for baked sweet potatoes, which I don't exactly need a book for.
